At Gradient X, we value transparency and client satisfaction. However, since web development involves time and resource commitment, our refund policy is as follows:

1. Project Payments

• The initial 30% onboarding payment is non-refundable.
• If a cancellation request is made within 3 business days before work begins, a partial refund may be issued.
• No refunds are provided once the design or development phase has begun.

2. Refund Timeline

• Approved refunds are credited within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds are made through the same method used for payment.

3. Service Termination

If a client fails to provide necessary inputs, content, or feedback within the agreed timeline, Gradient X reserves the right to close the project with no refund.
