By using our services or making a payment, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Payments

• All projects commence only after receipt of the initial payment.
• Project pricing ranges from ₹40,000 to ₹3,00,000 depending on complexity.
• Standard milestone structure:
  • 30% on project initiation
  • 40% on design/development approval
  • 30% before final delivery
• Payments must be made within the due dates to avoid project delays or suspension.

2. Revisions & Scope

• Each project includes up to 2 rounds of minor revisions.
• Major changes or new features beyond the agreed scope will be billed separately.
• All deliverables and inclusions are clearly defined in the project proposal or quotation.

3. Project Delivery

• Project timelines depend on the agreed scope and client cooperation.
• Any delay in client response or incomplete content may extend the delivery timeline.
• Final files and credentials will be released only after full payment is received.

4. Ownership & Usage Rights

• Gradient X retains full ownership of all work produced until complete payment is made.
• Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables (excluding third-party tools, plugins, or licensed assets) will be transferred to the client.
• Gradient X reserves the right to feature completed projects in its portfolio, social media, or promotional materials, unless requested otherwise in writing.

5. Limitation of Liability

Gradient X will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website, project delays, or external factors beyond our control.

6. Jurisdiction

All disputes or legal matters shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamilnadu, India.
